The Throwback

For their 50 year anniversary, Shimano celebrated with an ode to their original US Caravan Tour from the mid-sixties. Apparently they traveled the US in an old wagon; state to state, dealer to dealer, Shimano hustled their revolutionary biking and fishing gear, out of their car. Respect.

One of my goals for hyping up this date was to re-create Shimano’s ol’ Ford Dart Wagon, with a nostalgic touch of epic.
